Youth Tours

Over 3,000 children visit Bedford Gallery each year. Our talented group of volunteer docents tour children from the entire Bay Area, completing each visit with a stimulating art project. We welcome school groups from grades K-12, as well as scout troops, camps, clubs and other youth groups. Tours are $85 per group and scholarships are available. Thanks to generous funding by JP Morgan Chase, tours for schools in Contra Costa County are now free!

Tours are offered on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday at 9:30 and 11:00 am. Other days and times may be available by special arrangement. Tours are normally limited to 30 students.

Chaperone Policy (School and other children's groups under the age of 12)
One adult per six children, minimum. Adults accompanying children's groups are responsible for supervising children at all time. Additional adults are welcome to join.

Cancellation Policy
A two-week notice is required to receive a refund. Our programs are flexible; we will work to meet special needs.
