Tickets can be purchased at the gallery the day of your visit, at this time we do not sell advanced tickets for exhibitions.

Free general admission on the first Tuesday of every month when open. Check the calendar for open dates. 

Members of DRAA and Friends of the Bedford receive free gallery admission. 

heads up, construction alert: 

The Lesher Center Plaza is under renovation. New and changing traffic patterns around construction could greatly change travel time and access to the Lesher Center. We strongly encourage guests to plan ahead and allow extra travel time. For more information about the project, please contact the LCA Administration Office by calling 925-295-1400.

Construction is expected to continue through June 2020.

The Civic Drive passenger-loading zone will be unavailable at times during the Plaza Renovation. If you are planning on parking in the Lesher Center Garage, please enter the garage from Locust Street, using the right entrance lane, and drop passengers off at the Lesher Center Portal (star), which leads to our courtyard. Proceed under the Portico to reach the Ticket Office and our front doors (approx. 150 ft. distance).

Free Bedford Gallery admission with a same-day performance ticket. 

Ticket holders to events at the Lesher Center for the Arts will be admitted to the gallery free of charge on the ticketed date. The Bedford Gallery is open most evenings 6-8 when there is a performance in the Lesher Center for the Arts. Excludes Mondays and special events in the gallery; sorry, no rain checks.

Highway 24 East through the Caldecott Tunnel. At the Hwy. 24/680 split, bear right to San Jose and immediately exit left at Mt. Diablo Blvd. Follow Mt. Diablo Blvd. Past California Blvd. to Locust Street. Turn left on to Locust, and proceed 4 blocks. Bedford Gallery is located in the 3-story Lesher Center for the Arts building at the corner of Locust and Civic. 

From Concord / Martinez (North) 
Highway 680 South. Exit North Main Street, then go South. Follow Main in one of the two left-hand lanes ( it’s a 4-lane street). Turn right on to Civic Drive, and go 1 block. Bedford Gallery is located in the 3-story Lesher Center for the Arts building at the corner of Locust and Civic. 

From San Ramon / Danville / Pleasanton (South) 
Highway 680 North. Exit South Main Street. Follow Main through Walnut Creek downtown area. Turn left onto Civic Drive. Bedford Gallery is located in the 3-story Lesher Center for the Arts building at the corner of Locust and Civic. 

From Ygnacio Valley Blvd. (East)
